Sales Taxes     

7.75% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to a California Address.

Paying by check

Fitzones does accept payment online by check using the Paybycheck processing system.  If your check is returned for any reason we will collect the fund electronically, including a processing fee us the Checkback system.  This fee can vary by state but could be as much as 3 times the value of the check.

Secure On-Line Shopping System  

Your shopping at StopWatch Central  has been made safe through the use of industry-standard SSL encryption on a secure server.

When you enter your credit card number into our StopWatch Central order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. You may rest assured your order is safe from prying eyes.

Check the bottom of your browser for a lock or key, depending on what browser you are using.  This signifies the page is secure.

Although we are very confident that orders are safe all of your transactions at StopWatch Central are covered by our security guarantee with three levels of protection:

1. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

2. In the unlikely event of unauthorized use of your credit card, simply notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Most banks will cover all the charges that result from the unauthorized use. Federal law limits your liability for unauthorized credit card usage to $50.


We Respect Your Privacy    

You can be assured that all the information you give us is private and secure. We will not sell or rent information about our customers. You will receive a confirmation email for each order submitted, but will only be contacted with specials, new product bulletins, etc. if you sign up to do so.


What Forms Of Payment Do We Accept?    

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  We also can accept your personal checks via Pay by Check internet check processing.  You may simply enter your credit card or check information through the secure order form when you check out.  

How To Place An Order On-Line   

Ordering at StopWatch Central is fast and secure. We use the shopping cart system which is just like shopping with a shopping cart at your local grocery or drug store.   Just follow these three steps to place your order.

1. Once you find the product you want, click the .

2. A page will appear asking you for your package destination zip code and shipping preference.  Submit your choice and you will proceed to a new page.

3. This will take you to a screen where you can view your shopping cart and modify your order if you wish.  At this point you may choose to continue shopping or proceed to the secure checkout

Shipping Policies

At StopWatch Central we work very hard to make sure that the product you order is shipped on time and reaches its destination in an efficient and timely manner.   There are times however when problems do occur in the transit of your product.  Please read our shipping policies for more information on shipping solutions.

Fitzones/Stopwatchcentral Return Policy  

At FitZones/Stopwatchcentral we will want you to be total satisfied with all of our products.  If you purchase an item and it isn't exactly what you want, we will gladly exchange the product for another product of equal or higher value or refund your money minus an 10% restocking fee within 15 days of receipt of your order.  The restocking fee is to cover free and discount shipping along with other processing costs.   As the customer you deserve to be satisfied. Please keep in mind that all units must be returned in new resalable condition, factory sealed units can not be returned once they have been opened.  We are not the manufacture of the units being sold and therefore have no way of resealing opened units.  We would not sell you an open item and therefore can not sell an item you open to another customer.

If a product does need to be returned it must be accompanied by an Return Authorization Number.  You can obtain this number simply by filling out our Product Return form which is under the support page.  All Return Authorization numbers must be indicated on the outside of the box. We will not accept products without this return authorization number on the outside of the box.  Once a return authorization is issued the item must be returned within 10 days.  Please include a written reason for your product return.

Products if returned due to un-satisfaction must be returned in the original resalable condition.  Factory sealed units must be returned unopened, once the factory seal is broken the item is no longer in new condition and can not be returned.  If item is not returned in original resalable condition the item will be refused and returned to the sender.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Defective Products

We will exchange any defective products for the same product or one of equal or higher value within 30 days of receipt of your order.  After 30 days you will be referred to the manufacturer for warranty repair.  If an item is exchanged for another item and the original item is not found to be defective you are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping within the United States

We ship all product via the method you choose in the shopping cart however we do reserve the right to choose which shipping method is more economical and can be verified as of delivery.  In addition some of our products may be shipped directly from our suppliers.

UPS Ground - The usual delivery time for packages in the U.S. is 2-7 business days.

UPS 2nd Day Air -  Guaranteed 2 Day US Delivery.  Delivery is not available on Saturday, Sundays or Holidays.

UPS Overnight Air -  Guaranteed Overnight Delivery by 3pm to business and 7pm to residential. Saturday Delivery is Available for an additional $10.   

USPS Express Mail - offers overnight service to many destinations.  Express Mail is delivered to many locations 365 days a year including weekends and holidays - at no extra charge - and delivered next day by noon to select locations.

USPS Priority Mail - offers 1-3 day service to most domestic destinations.  We do not guarantee deliveries made via USPS Priority Mail.

 

International Orders     

Due to recent problems with International orders we are only accepting US, APO, Military, US Territories and Canada order.  We will not accept any orders billed to a non US address but being shipped to the United States or any other address.  Any international order we do accept must be shipped to the billing address of the Card holder.  Our shopping cart can calculate shipping cost based on the country.  Our shipping costs  do not include any International Duties or Import Fees.  Import fee can include any charges by a shipper for the handling of the shipment including Brokerage fee's.  We are not responsible for these additional duties, tariffs or import fees. Due to the fact that these fee's vary from country to country, for questions about what these fee's may be contact your countries customs department.  We encourage all international purchasers to research these fee's prior to ordering the product.  If you have any further questions, please contact us at service@fitzones.com for details. If an order is refused and returned by the shipping company these fee's will be deducted in addition to the restocking fee from the amount of the return.  In addition due to the high level of fraud occurring recently with internet International orders we do reserve the right to refuse any order that for any reason we are not comfortable shipping.  Order that are refused will either be voided or credited back to the account that was charged, and we will send a return e-mail to all refused orders.  We will not be held responsible if the e-mail address in returned undeliverable.
