Holiday Return/Exchange Policy:
All purchase between November 25-December 24, 2011 can be
returned or exchanged if you contact us via e-mail for an RMA number by December
31, 2011 by sending a e-mail to service@fitzones.com. All returns and
exchanges are subject to Fitzones normal return policy's. All returns must
be returned in New condition with all boxes, inserts and instructions included. All
Factory sealed item must still be factory sealed, once an item is cut open it is
no longer in New condition and can not be returned.
Any return not exchanged for an item of equal or greater value is subject to a

First class mail/Priority mail: USPS First class mail is typically
2-7 days and USPS Priority mail is typically 2-3 days, there is no guarantee
with either of these delivery methods and you must understand there is always a
chance the package might not arrive on time with one of these choices.
UPS Ground: UPS does not not guarantee ground delivery from Thanksgiving
through Christmas on packages going ground, you may choose this option but you
do run the risk of the package not arriving before Christmas.

Can we still get your gift to you in
time for Christmas? The answer is yes, if you choose the correct shipping
method.
When choosing a shipping option please keep these thing in mind. All
orders if in stock will ship same day Monday-Friday if ordered by 2:00pm PST all
order after that time will ship the next business day.
USPS First class mail Free for all items $15-$50.
There is no guarantee that any order shipped First class mail will arrive in
time for Christmas. USPS will not guarantee this type of delivery.
Free UPS Ground/Priority mail: These orders are usually
shipped USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day service unless an item is unusually heavy and
then it will ship UPS Ground. This is USPS shipping and although it is 2-3
day service there is no guaranteed time for delivery. This close to
Christmas you may want to select another shipping option. We do not recommend
this type of shipping if this is a Christmas gift.
UPS Ground: If you are choosing to purchase UPS ground service and
this is something you wish delivered by Christmas. Please refer to the

guarantee on ground shipping from Thanksgiving to Christmas.
All 2nd day and Overnight shipments: Please remember that all
order to be shipped same day must be received by 2:00pm PST. The last day for
shipping an item 2nd day to be received by December 23 is December 21. The
last day for an item shipped overnight to be received by December 23 is December
22.
